La Maison Au Diapason opened in April 2010. The organization offers free specialized palliative care and psychological and spiritual support to terminally ill patients and their families with respect, dignity and compassion. La Maison serves the territories of Brome-Missisquoi and Haute-Yamaska.

A team of caregivers, various stakeholders and volunteers make every effort to meet the needs of patients and families. Since opening, more than 1,000 patients at the end of life and their loved ones have benefitted from La Maison’s warm and peaceful environment.

The Board of Directors for La Maison Au Diapason is comprised of 10 members:
