The Au Diapason Foundation’s mission is to financially support the activities of La Maison Au Diapason and L’Équipe d’accompagnement Au Diapason, which offer free specialized palliative care and services to patients and families confronted with illness and and bereavement on the Brome-Missisquoi and Haute-Yamaska territories.

To ensure sustainability and access to free care and services, Au Diapason must rely on the community’s generosity and financial support.
