From one shore to the other, a perfect pairing! is the theme for Au Diapason’s 14th Wine Tasting event, evoking the deep connection between Québec and France. The event will take place on Wednesday, March 20th, 2023, starting at 5:30 p.m. at Granby’s Attelier Archibald restaurant.

For this 14th edition, the organizing committee invited a well-known public figure, renowned Granby sommelier Jessica Harnois. For their part, the chefs from Attelier Archibald Martin Gagnon and Laurent Godbout will delight participants with their seven-course tasting menu featuring Québec cheeses. Ms. Harnois will present her careful selection of excellent French wines in perfect harmony with the chefs’ menu. As the evening draws to a close, a live auction will be hosted by none other than illustrious auctioneer Mr. Edwin Dunn.

Popular with the region’s business community, the Au Diapason Wine Tasting is a gourmet networking and charitable event benefitting the Au Diapason Foundation. The objective is to welcome 120 guests and raise $25,000 net.
