« The session with Pierrette was helpful and timely. I was overwhelmed by my feeling and fatigue one month after my husband’s death. She explained to me the process of mourning and what to expect in this first stage. This helped me to give myself permission to just care for myself and my own health now. I realized that in the next 3-4 months to not set too many expectations and be gentle with myself. A new learning! Pierrette matched me with a volunteer who calls me each week. This accompaniment really supports, confirms and comforts me in what i am living. It normalized this new experience and frees me to step gently into this new chapter of my life solo.
Thank you so much! This service is amazing! »
