To honour the memory of a loved one and help support palliative care offered with dignity, respect and compassion.

In memoriam donations allow the Foundation to support L’Équipe d’accompagnement and La Maison Au Diapason, which offer free specialized care and services for patients and families confronted with illness and bereavement on the Brome-Missisquoi and Haute-Yamaska territories.

An official donation receipt will be issued for all donations of $25 or more.
