Prestige Wine Tasting Event
The 11th edition of our much-anticipated Prestige Wine Tasting Event, accompanied by appetizers and local dishes, will be held on Thursday, November 7th, 2019 at the Auberge Château-Bromont in the magnificent panoramic room. The honorary president for the evening is Mr. Jacques Laurin, General Manager of Caisse Desjardins Granby-Haute-Yamaska.
This year’s event will feature European wines and will follow a new tasting formula. Chefs from our region will be showcased as they offer their culinary specialties paired perfectly with prestigious wines.

Mr. Alain Bélanger, our experienced sommelier, will captivate you’re your curiosity as you discover great and rare wines throughout the evening.
In addition to wine tasting, you will have the opportunity to participate in a live auction hosted by none other than Mr. Edwin Dunn. Guests will be able to bid on prodigious lots, such as private import wines and accessories for experienced oenologists.
Last year, participants and sponsors of the event raised $35,000 for Au Diapason Foundation, which supports La Maison Au Diapason and L’Équipe d’accompagnement Au Diapason.

6:55 pm : Second tasting (cold entrée)
7:20 pm : Third tasting (hot entrée)
7:45 pm : Fourth tasting (main meal)
8:10 pm : Fifth tasting (cheese)
8:35 pm : Sixth tasting (dessert)
8:55 pm : Live auction hosted by Edwin Dunn
9:25 pm : End of auction
9:25 pm : Final word and unveiling of amount raised
9:30 pm : End of event
