The volunteer\u2019s role is to listen attentively and provide respite and support to caregivers.<\/p>\n<p>Schedule: The duration of each visit is 3 to 4 hours, once per week. The schedule is determined according to the volunteer\u2019s availability and the family\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bereavement Services: Support Groups for Adults, Adolescents and Children<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide a series of themed workshops (12 workshops for adults, 6 workshops for adolescents and children) to support individuals during the bereavement process. After receiving specific training, the volunteer\u2019s role consists of moderating the workshops according to the pre-established themes.<\/p>\n<p>Schedule: Different meeting times are offered depending on the availability of participants and volunteers. The volunteer must be available once every two weeks for 5 hours (preparation and delivery of workshop) for a duration of 5 months.<\/p>\n<p>Bereavement services are offered at La Maison Au Diapason.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individual Bereavement Follow-up<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide individual bereavement follow-up to individuals experiencing grief and who are not yet ready to join a support group.
